  • In the All Quartz Double Distillation the components coming into contact with water are quartz glass parts which, contrary to ordinary laboratory glass are non-hygroscopic and thus resistant to H2 These properties warrant the high purity requirement a distillate must fulfill.
  • Fail safe devices like solenoid valve avoids cold water wastage during power failure, the optimization of cooling water volume is controlled by a cooling water flow meter, in addition to this the equipment is fitted with PTS which maintains sufficient water to the boiler.

Optional:


The Automatic Electronic Dual cut-off system is used along with the Water Distillation unit to protect the distiller during water supply failure. Its cuts off the power supply in two cases.
a) In case of water failure to condenser, the power supply to the unit is cut-off automatically, by mean of Flow Switch
b) In case of water failure to the Boiler, the power supply to the unit is cut off automatically by means of pt-100 sensor.


2) Quartz Storage Vessel for collection of distillate.


3) Additional Bulb Condenser to bring down the temperature of distillate.


4) MCB ( prevents system from any short circuit).


5) Water Softener/DM Plant/Pre-filter/ 5 Stage RO System  to reduce the scaling in the boiler.


6) Water Circulator to avoid wastage of cooling water
